Stage 4 - planning appeal
- Review Planning File and basis for decisions
- Identify grounds for appeal
- Prepare supporting drawings
- Assemble illustrations, maps, photos
- Seek specialist/consultant’s opinion(s)
- Consult with Planning Authority/Client
- Prepare and submit a comprehensive formal appeal.

Building control & supervision process
The process of completing a construction project from selecting a contractor to final account settlement and technical certification involves a number of stages as follows:-
