  • Preparation of contract documentation
    • Final Construction Drawings
    • Final Specification
    • Work programme
    • Health & Safety plan
  • Review/inspection of contractor documentation
    • Insurances, Safe Pass Cards, Safety Statement
  • Contract signing by Client/contractor

Stage 4

  • Technical detailing/specification
    • Foundations
    • Drainage
    • Structural members
    • Stairs chart(s)  
  • Project monitoring and inspections
  • Quality checking and assessments
  • Progress reviews
  • Site meetings
  • Contractor claims review
  • Payment Certification
  • Assessment and authorisation of variations and extras
  • Specialist contractor/sub contractor evaluation and approval (and where appropriate nomination)
  • Initiation/implementation of contract procedures to address problems arising – technical, progress, financial, legal.
  • Final account assessment and agreement.
  • On completion – Assembly, preparation and handover of:-
    • As built drawings
    • Safety file
    • Official documents and correspondence
    • Opinion on Compliance with Planning & Building Control Requirements
    • Building Energy Rating
